Slide 2:

We have four speakers, and then a panel discussion, time permitting.

John Stein is an associate professor of urology at the University of Southern California, and he will speaking on some more clinical aspects of advanced bladder cancer.

Slide 3:

John, we're going to follow the order in schedule that you have. John Stein is going to speak about the clinical prediction of disease outcomes, and follow-up on some of the work that Dr. Herr presented earlier.

Dr. deVere White is going talk about issues from gene discovery to bringing that to gene therapy.

And Dr. Cordon-Cardo is going to speak about molecular genetics of bladder cancer, and some of its potential clinical applications.

And then finally, Dr. Raffaella Baffa is going to speak about the new genes that he has been working with, and the implications they might have in clinical treatment of bladder cancer, and potentially in clinical trials.

So with that, our first speaker is Dr. Carlos Cordon-Cardo from Memorial Sloan-Kettering.
