Guide to Viewing Meeting Presentations
From
the menu, select "LECTURES & BREAKOUTS" to see a list
of individual presentations. There are two viewing options, when
available:
Slide presentations accompanied by audio meeting transcripts
Slide presentations accompanied by written meeting transcripts.
This
site is enhanced with new technology for viewing individual slide
presentations while listening to meeting transcripts. When a meeting
is selected from the menu, the browser automatically loads Shockwave,
if needed. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete
the installation.
The
following screen is displayed, and the individual presentation beings
to play automatically.

To
navigate through an individual presentation:
- Use
the "PLAY", "PAUSE", or "BEGINNING"
buttons
- Click
on a thumbnail slide to go directly to that slide/audio
- Use
the scroll bars to locate a thumbnail slide
